Your name and phone number — and your email address if you share it — when you call, message us on WhatsApp, or book an appointment.
—Appointment details
The date, time and reason for your visit that you share with us, so we can book and prepare for you.
—Health information you share
Anything about your dental condition, treatment history or allergies that you tell us yourself. We only record what is relevant to your treatment.
—Website usage basics
Standard technical information your browser sends when you open a website, such as device and browser type. We do not build advertising profiles from your visit.
How We Use Your Information
- To book, confirm, remind you about and reschedule your appointments.
- To examine and treat you, and to keep the clinical record of your treatment.
- To answer your questions and follow up on your care when needed.
- To meet our legal and licensing obligations as a healthcare facility.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing by anyone else.
Who Can See Your Information
- Clinic staff involved in your appointment and treatment.
- A laboratory or specialist we refer you to — only the details needed for that work, and for treatment purposes.
- Authorities only where the law requires it.
Photos and Reviews
We never publish a patient’s photo, treatment images (including before-and-after images) or testimonial without that patient’s clear permission first. If you have given permission and later change your mind, tell us and we will remove it.
Cookies and Embedded Services
Our website shows a Google map and Google reviews through embedded services. Those services may set their own cookies on your device, under Google’s own privacy policy. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you.
How Long We Keep It
Clinical records are kept for as long as healthcare rules require and are then securely disposed of. Appointment contact details that never led to a visit are not kept indefinitely.
Your Choices
You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete contact details that are not part of your clinical record. Call or WhatsApp us on +92 314 7642722 and we will act on your request.
