About the Clinic

Zulfiqar Dental Clinic has been treating patients in Multan since November 2011. We are licensed by the Punjab Healthcare Commission (Licence No: 59347). The dentists treating patients at the clinic may change from time to time; the clinic’s licence and these terms stay the same. Read more about us.

Using This Website

• The content of this website — its text, photos, graphics and logo — belongs to Zulfiqar Dental Clinic. You may read and share links to it, but you may not copy, republish or use its content or logo for your own business without our written permission.
• You may not use this website to send false information, to book appointments in another person’s name without their knowledge, or for any unlawful purpose.
• We try to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but details such as opening hours can change — for example on public holidays. If anything here differs from what we tell you directly, what we tell you directly is correct.

Appointments

• Booking is by phone or WhatsApp on +92 314 7642722 — booking ahead helps you get the time you want. An appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it back to you.
• Please arrive on time. If you are running late, call us — a late arrival may mean a shorter visit or a new appointment time, so that other patients are not kept waiting.
• If you cannot come, please tell us as early as you can on the same number, so your time can go to another patient. There is no cancellation fee.
• If you are in severe pain, call us first — we try to see severe pain cases the same evening.
• Rarely, an emergency case or a dentist’s unavoidable absence may force us to move an appointment. If that happens we will tell you as early as we can and offer you the nearest alternative time.

Treatment and Fees

• No treatment begins before your condition has been examined and a treatment plan — including the exact fee — has been explained, written down and approved by you. If anything has to change during treatment, we tell you and take your approval before going ahead.

• Fees are payable as agreed in your treatment plan.

Photos, Reviews and Your Content

We publish a patient’s photo, treatment images or testimonial only with that patient’s clear permission, as explained in our Privacy Policy. If you send us a photo or message, you confirm you have the right to share it with us.

Complaints

If anything about your visit or this website concerns you, contact us first on +92 314 7642722 and we will try to resolve it. The clinic is licensed by the Punjab Healthcare Commission, and you may also take a concern to the Commission.

Changes to These Terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. The version in force at the time of your appointment is the one that applies to that appointment.
